Custom Products Policy

At Salem Pack, we specialize in high-quality custom packaging. Due to the personalized nature of our custom-made and printed products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for custom orders once production has commenced or the products have been delivered, unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.

Manufacturing Defects

We take pride in our strict Quality Assurance (QA) checks. If you receive a product that has a genuine manufacturing defect or is significantly different from your approved sample/artwork, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To file a claim:

  • Send an email to claims@salempack.com.
  • Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the defect.
  • Describe the issue in detail.

Return Process

If a return is authorized by our team:

  • The products must be returned in their original packaging.
  • The products must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Shipping costs for authorized returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations

Standard product orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once the artwork has been approved and production has started.
