Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Salem Pack website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
Ordering & Payments
All orders placed through our platform are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Pricing Note: As per our global policy, all prices quoted on our platform are exclusive of any applicable taxes (VAT) and shipping costs, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Payment terms for custom orders typically require a 50% advance payment, with the remaining balance due before delivery or as specified in your quotation.
Custom Packaging
Salem Pack specializes in custom-made products. For custom printed packaging, a quantity variance of ±25% is industry standard and acceptable. Clients will be billed for the actual quantity produced.
Artworks and designs provided by the client must be approved before production begins. Once approved, Salem Pack is not responsible for errors in the original design or layout.
Limitation of Liability
Salem Pack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods.
We strive for 100% accuracy, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.
